Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and organized Front Desk Executive to join our team in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Maintain organized records and ensure smooth coordination of office activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk management is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage daily responsibilities efficiently.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Female candidates will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:
