Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor records and manage the front desk register
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information about services
- Manage appointments and meeting schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
