Job Description
- Greetings official guests and attending phone calls
- Handling Travel Desk
- Booking of Tickets, Hotels and other tour & travel arrangements.
- Noting, Drafting and Correspondence through Emails
- Keeping track and payment of Telephone, Electricity bills, etc.
- Internet browsing for collection of required information.
- Attending routine administrative works
- Coordination between Plant and Office
- Assisting the Directors in day to day routine official works
Qualification
- Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience
- 6-10 years relevant experience with proficiency in MS Office, Email and Internet Browsing

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Discipline and Punctuality
- Multi-tasking Skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
