Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients professionally
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
- Handle front desk operations including visitor logs and appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with basic Technical tasks and coordination
- Receive and manage courier/mail deliveries
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Professional appearance and courteous behavior
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and handle front office duties efficiently
- Female candidates only
- Must be based in Coimbatore
