Job Description:
Baashyaam Group, a leading real estate and construction company based in Chennai, is looking for a dynamic and presentable Front Office Executive to be the face of our organization at our offices located in T. Nagar and Thoraipakkam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, and route them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure proper sign-in procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier and correspondence.
- Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks when required.
- Handle meeting room bookings and maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
- Maintain records and documents as per office protocol.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a front office or administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good command over English communication, both written and verbal.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Salary:
As per industry standards (based on experience and performance).
