We are Hiring Admin and Front Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities: Front Office Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle visitor log and ensure proper entry protocols.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage office supplies and inventory; coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain records, files, and databases systematically.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Support HR/admin functions like joining formalities, attendance, etc.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and inward/outward mail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
