Position Overview
A Coordinator is a crucial support role within a team, responsible for facilitating and organizing various tasks and activities to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects or events.
- Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members.
- Facilitate communication within the team and across departments.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, files, and records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Provide support in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
- Welcoming Visitors.
- Office Supplies Management
- Answering Phone Calls
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM/ 7-AM to 4 PM
Workplace: Onsite
7 planned paid leaves a month, including weekly offs
