Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled Front End Designer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between design and development. This role requires pixel-perfect implementation of visual designs into functional, responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and React.
Key Responsibilities:Transform design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, interactive web interfaces with precise attention to detail. Develop responsive layouts that work flawlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Write clean, semantic HTML and well-structured CSS that follows best practices and maintains consistency across projects.
Build dynamic, component-based interfaces using React, implementing state management and user interactions as specified in designs. Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to ensure accurate translation of visual concepts, maintaining design integrity throughout the development process. Optimize code for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical feasibility feedback during the design phase. Maintain and update existing front-end codebases while ensuring consistency with established design systems and style guides.
Required Skills:
- Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript
- Strong React experience including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management
- Demonstrated ability to convert design files (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) into pixel-perfect code
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass/SCSS) and CSS-in-JS solutions
- Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git)
- Strong eye for design details including typography, spacing, colors, and animations
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and semantic markup
