Primary Responsibilities:
· Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
· Manage and control the flow of visitors, ensuring proper identification and security procedures are followed.
· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and efficiently.
· Handle correspondence, mail, and packages, ensuring timely distribution to staff.

Administrative Tasks:
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for management and staff.
· Manage calendars, ensure accuracy, and send reminders as needed.
· Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
· Handle data entry, record-keeping, and filing (physical and digital).
· Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks.
Communication and Support:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and delivery personnel.
· Provide information and answer questions about the company, services, and policies.
· Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Other Responsibilities:
· Order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure reception area is well-stocked.
· Troubleshoot basic technical issues (e.g., phone, printer, copier).
· Develop and maintain knowledge of company procedures and policies.
· Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
