Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic/hospital software.
- Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
- Register new patients, update patient records, and verify insurance or payment details.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other medical staff for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk/reception area.
- Collect consultation fees, generate receipts, and maintain billing records.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve minor issues or escalate appropriately.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing medical records and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with hospital policies.
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written – English and local language).
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with hospital management software.
- Polite, presentable, and patient-friendly attitude.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Time management and teamwork.
