Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with consultants to schedule client consultations and support target achievement.
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring timely, friendly, and personalised client service.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain brand standards across all front desk interactions and studio spaces.
- Supervise guest relations and front office staff, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere.
- Compile and report performance metrics and front desk statistics.
- Create and manage efficient work schedules for front office personnel.
- Uphold high standards of conduct, grooming, and hygiene.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality roles.
- Proven track record in lead generation, pre-sales, and target achievement.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and a regional language.
- Strong telephone etiquette and client handling capabilities.
- Knowledge of routine operations and front desk management.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Presentable, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
