Front Desk Duties:
- Greet and welcome walk-in clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle front desk operations such as managing appointments, walk-ins, and client records.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Telecaller Duties:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to provide information about immigration services.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding visa types, documentation, and procedures.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain a database of leads and update call logs and client details accurately.
- Prepare daily reports related to calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in immigration or consultancy firms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Pleasant personality with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
