Requirement:
- Should have good convincing skill.
- Should have good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet activities.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Responsibilities:
- Post-Sales Follow-Up: Make timely post-sales follow-up calls to collect payment and required documents on time from the audit completed clients. Update the status in the CRM.
- Inbound & Outbound Calls: Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner to resolve client inquiries and issues.
- Report daily and monthly activities.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey information to clients.
- Reports: Prepare regular reports on follow-up activities and sales outcomes for internal stakeholders.
