Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telesales Executives. This role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain products/services to customers and generate interest.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Understand customer requirements and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain records of calls and sales and update the CRM system regularly.
- Follow up on previous interactions and build strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Any graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of telesales or telecalling experience are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
