Job Summary:
Kevells is looking for dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our Client Acquisition team. The role involves reaching out to business clients over the phone, explaining services, and onboarding them. All leads will be provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients using provided leads
- Explain and promote the company's services to business clients
- Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of daily talk time
- Achieve a minimum of 4 client acquisitions per month
- Accurately update CRM systems and call logs
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for necessary client follow-ups
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 0–5 years (Telecalling/Sales/Client Acquisition preferred)
- Education: Open to all educational backgrounds
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in relevant languages
Age Limit:
- Junior Executive: Up to 30 years
- Team Lead (TL): Up to 32 years
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
Work Details:

- Work Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹24,000 per month (based on experience and role)
