E-Liv Logistics is a dynamic and fast-growing freight brokerage firm specializing in US logistics. We provide reliable inland haulage, drayage, and OTR container shipping services across all 48 states. As we expand our footprint, we’re building a high-performance sales team in our Gurgaon office from the ground up.
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in US freight brokerage to lead our Gurgaon sales operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for building a sales team from scratch, initially starting with three freshers, and will be fully responsible for their training, performance, and monthly target delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on US inland haulage and OTR shipments.
- Drive revenue growth by securing freight opportunities and building relationships with shippers and carriers across the US.
- Monitor and ensure team performance meets or exceeds monthly shipment targets.
- Implement structured training programs to upskill freshers into independent and effective freight brokers.
- Act as the team’s primary mentor, sales coach, and performance driver.
- Generate your own book of business while guiding the team to do the same.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and performance reviews.
- Maintain CRM systems and prepare sales reports as required.
- Be accountable for both team and individual KPIs.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of experience in US logistics/freight brokerage, with proven success in inland container haulage and OTR shipments.
- Prior experience in team leadership or training roles is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the US logistics market, sales cycles, freight rates, and carrier networks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle team performance under pressure.
- Goal-oriented, with a hands-on approach to sales and performance delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,774.85 - ₹80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- Cold calling: 1 year (Preferred)
