What You’ll Do:
- Match shippers with reliable carriers by identifying and vetting prospective providers
- Gather client shipment requirements and obtain competitive quotes
- Book freight services and oversee pickups/drop‑offs
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely, damage‑free delivery
- Maintain accurate customer and carrier records using CRM/TMS
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience (1‑3 years) in freight brokerage, logistics, or sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with transport management software or load boards
