- Having min 2 years Experience in C2H, and Fulltime.
- Talent Sourcing Using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, referrals, and headhunting.
- End-to-End Recruitment, Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and till onboarding candidates.
- Understanding job requirements and working closely with Team.
- Interview Coordination, Scheduling and following up with candidates.
- Offer Negotiation Managing salary discussions and Briefing onboarding processes.
