Job Summary:
We are looking for a Freelance Advanced Wireless Systems Trainer to deliver specialized training on next-generation wireless communication technologies, with a primary focus on 5G systems and related architectures. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to share expertise with learners, professionals, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to conduct engaging and effective training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver online & classroom-based training sessions on advanced wireless communication technologies and 5G systems.
- Explain ISO-OSI reference models, communication protocols, standards, and service models.
- Teach 5G fundamentals, use cases, technical requirements, and industry applications.
- Cover network architecture, including New Radio (NR), RAN, O-RAN, C-RAN, and 5G core components.
- Explain advanced concepts like mmWave, beamforming, small cell networks, and dual connectivity.
- Provide guidance on 5G hardware implementation and testing processes.
- Train participants on test and measurement techniques for 5G systems, including physical layer and system testing.
- Prepare training content, assignments, and hands-on exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
- Support learners with doubt clarification and practical application guidance.
- Stay updated with emerging wireless technologies and 5G advancements to keep training content current.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in wireless communication systems, LTE, and 5G technologies.
- Knowledge of RAN, O-RAN, C-RAN, mmWave, and core networks.
- Familiarity with telecom hardware, 5G implementation techniques, and testing tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and online teaching skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
