Objective: To ensure smooth communication between franchises, parents, and internal teams while managing operational tasks related to email and WhatsApp follow-ups, support tools, teacher scheduling, placement test coordination, logistics- material shipment for Franchises and onboarding and training Franchises.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and respond to daily email and WhatsApp communications from franchises and parents.
2. Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and calendar updates.
3. Maintain accurate tracking of placement tests, enrollments, and parent follow-ups.
4. Oversee support tools and ensure live chat systems are active and functional.
5. Support franchisees with operational tasks including marketing updates, test follow-ups, and lead status.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
7. Handle logistics of materials for Franchises across pan India.
8. Maintain trackers, records, and ensure timely task completion.
Skills & Qualifications:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
o Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and basic CRM usage
o Comfortable handling email, WhatsApp, and live support tools
o Detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
o Previous experience in franchise support, operations, or customer service preferred
