Coordinator
Location: VidyaVihar (5mins from station)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Product & Tech Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling tele-calling, coordinating various sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate sales activities between customers and internal teams
· Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries promptly
· Maintain accurate and updated records in Excel and other CRM tools
· Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts
· Facilitate communication between sales, technical, and product teams
Before we process the orders, coordinate with sales team and customers to ensure we get the payment. After we receive payment, proper entry to be made of payment details so that the report can be processed.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in tele-calling, customer service, and coordination
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Vlook up, Hlookup, Pivot, Index matching, conditional formatting.
· Excellent communication and Confidence.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
· Immediate joining preferred
