Primary Responsibilities:
- Repair Process Management: Allocate job cards to technicians, monitor work progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Technical Guidance: Offer technical inputs to technicians and ensure quality work standards.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, address concerns, and provide updates on service status.
