Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Floor Incharge with prior experience in hospital operations. The role involves managing day-to-day activities on the assigned hospital floor, ensuring smooth patient care, staff coordination, and compliance with hospital standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the assigned hospital floor.
- Ensure smooth admission, transfer, and discharge process of patients.
- Monitor patient care activities and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and support staff for effective workflow.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to hospital protocols among staff.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to patient care and staff duty.
- Conduct regular floor inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily reports and share updates with management.
- Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Hospital Administration or Nursing preferred.
- 3–6 years of hospital experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
- Knowledge of hospital operations, patient care, and compliance protocols.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and emergencies effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
