- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless coordination between staff, kitchen, and bar teams.
- Ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain high hospitality standards
- Monitor and coordinate the activities of floor staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist in determining the minimum and maximum stocks of all food, beverage, material, and equipment.
Preference
