Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Identify and engage with potential students through various channels (online, events, referrals, school visits, etc.).
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads to convert them into enrollments.
- Conduct consultations (phone, email, in-person) to guide prospects on suitable courses.
Outreach & Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and educational consultants.
- Represent the academy at education fairs, expos, and industry events.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Track sales metrics using CRM tools and report to management.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies and student engagement plans.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay up-to-date on competitor offerings and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to improve course offerings and marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in education, media, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong interest or background in film, media, or the creative arts is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Film Studies, or related field preferred.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing or social media outreach.
- Knowledge of filmmaking or creative education programs.
- Multilingual abilities (if working in a diverse region).
