- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Assemble, fit, and install mechanical components and systems as per requirements.
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, and replacements of parts to ensure smooth equipment performance.
- Inspect and test completed assemblies for accuracy, performance, and compliance with standards.
- Use appropriate hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for fitting tasks.
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure safe working practices at all times.
- Assist engineers and supervisors in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
- Maintain records of work done, materials used, and report any abnormalities.
