Job Summary:
We seek a passionate and experienced Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in personal training and group fitness instruction. As a fitness trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs, leading group fitness classes, and providing expert advice to clients on achieving their health and fitness goals. You will play a key role in motivating clients and fostering a positive, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Design and implement customized fitness programs for individual clients and groups based on their goals, fitness levels, and health conditions.
•Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions, providing guidance, instruction, and feedback.
•Lead group fitness classes (e.g., strength training, HIIT, yoga, cycling, etc.), ensuring a safe and motivating environment.
•Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices to maximize results.
•Track and monitor client progress, adjusting fitness plans as necessary to meet evolving goals.
•Foster strong client relationships by offering ongoing motivation, support, and encouragement.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client workouts, assessments, and progress.
•Ensure a safe and clean training environment, adhering to all safety protocols and gym policies.
•Stay current with the latest fitness trends, certifications, and industry knowledge.
•Promote fitness services and encourage client retention and referrals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
