About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Expert / Personal Trainer to join our team at SLAM Lifestyle and Fitness Studio- Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will guide clients in achieving their fitness goals through customized workout plans, proper exercise techniques, and motivation in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client's fitness levels and create personalized training programs
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions
- Demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Track progress and adjust workout plans when needed
- Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness (if qualified)
- Maintain a professional and positive gym environment
Requirements
- Certification in Personal Training / Fitness (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent preferred)
- Proven experience as a Fitness Trainer / Personal Trainer
- Strong knowledge of exercise science and nutrition basics
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings/evenings/weekends
