Job description
Ensure that all fire & safety equipment are in working condition
Ensure there are well-developed plans for easy evacuation of people in case of fire outbreak
Conduct fire safety checks from time to time
Enforce safety codes & regulations/guidelines
- Leadership and Management:Supervise and lead a team of firefighters and other emergency personnel
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to subordinates
- Establish and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and address personnel issues as necessary
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency calls and lead firefighting and rescue operations
- Experience : 0-5 Years
