Experience: 10 years of experience in finishing work

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage finishing works on high-rise buildings, residential towers, housing projects, townships, and real estate developments.
- Oversee RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) site engineering and execution.
- Ensure timely completion of finishing works from handover to possession stage.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
