The Scope of Work broadly consists of the Dealer Financial Transactions Management covering:
1. Dealer and Distributor Financial Transactions Management including raising of Invoices, keeping track of advances, Depositing Cheques, Passing Debit Notes and Credit Notes.
2. Collect order from dealer and trucking the order dispatch situation, make sure goods smoothly dispatch to Dealer ,deal with all sale return.
3. Reconciliation of Dealer Accounts on a monthly Basis and taking Sign-Offs, make sure receivable amount reasonable
4. Closely work with Sales Team for Dealer Relationship Management.
5. Handling Payments and Receipts, e-way bill, Invoices, Accounts Receivables...etc.
6. supporting Petty Cash Expenses on a regular basis.
7. Audit Co-ordination and Final Accounts Preparation.
8. Reconciliation of Expenses on a regular basis and highlighting issues concerned.
9. Company Secretarial Work like creating Borad Resolutions and other important Legal Compliance work as informed.
10. Any other work as and when informed from time to time.
Experience:
1. Graduate with minimum of 3 years of experience in Dealer Accounting with hands on experience of handling Taxation and Invoicing.
2. Candidates with Experience of Dealer Accounting will be highly preferred.
