Position Summary:
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Finance Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounts. Candidates with an MBA in Finance will be given first preference, followed by those with a B.Com degree complemented by an MBA. The ideal candidate will oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance to contribute effectively to the hospital’s financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize financial processes and control costs.
- Support audit processes and liaise with auditors for timely completion.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure confidentiality.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA in Finance (preferred) or B.Com with MBA.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial management, preferably in healthcare or a high-volume corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹10,248.13 - ₹27,492.41 per month
