Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:Developing and implementing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:Preparing financial statements, reports, and performance analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Accounting Operations:Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Compliance and Risk Management:Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and risk management procedures.
- Cash Flow Management:Monitoring and managing cash flow to optimize liquidity and financial stability.
- Team Management:Leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and development.
- Strategic Decision Support:Providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
