- Financial Management & Bookkeeping – Maintain accurate records, handle accounts payable/receivable, and prepare financial statements.
- Import-Export Documentation – Prepare and verify invoices, shipping documents, and Letters of Credit (LC).
- Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, FEMA, DGFT, RBI, and customs regulations.
- Banking & Forex Transactions – Manage international payments, forex transactions, and customs duty calculations.
- Audit & Taxation – Assist in internal/external audits and file taxes (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Software Proficiency – Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Coordination & Communication – Work with CHA, freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs authorities for smooth transactions.
