Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Field Verification Executive to assist in document collection and recovery processes. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the banking/ financial sector and be willing to travel as needed to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection of documents from clients.
- Support the recovery process by visiting clients as required.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documentation.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the preparation of reports related to field activities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback to the recovery team to enhance process efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of job experience (included field visits) in the banking/ financial sector.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license, two-wheeler vehicle and willingness to travel as needed.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
