Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Field Supervisor to oversee site activities with a strong focus on erection work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising field operations, ensuring quality standards and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate field activities related to erection and installation work
- Monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Plan and allocate tasks to site teams for smooth execution
- Resolve site-level challenges and maintain project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal departments for effective workflow
- Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in erection and field supervision
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site and manage multiple activities simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
