What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with potential B2B customers to generate new orders for biomass briquettes as boiler fuel.
- Present and pitch the advantages of switching from coal/wood to renewable fuel, focusing on cost, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their requirements, addressing queries, and providing product guidance.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and ensure smooth coordination with the operations team for on-time deliveries.
- Maintain clear records of sales visits, customer interactions, and order pipeline.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide market insights and feedback to management to help refine our sales approach.
Who Can Apply
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in B2B/industrial products.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Confident, result-driven, and comfortable with regular local travel for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
- Interested in working with renewable energy and driving adoption of sustainable solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 50 per week
