- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Identify potential clients through market visits, referrals, and cold calls.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Sales Execution
- Demonstrate and promote products/services to customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Market Research & Business Development
- Collect feedback from customers and report market trends to management.
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Territory Management
- Plan and execute daily field visits.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, accounts) for order processing and customer support.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good knowledge of the market and competitor activities.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business/Marketing/Commerce).
