Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identifying potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:Presenting products or services to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals:Working with clients to negotiate terms, close sales, and finalize agreements.
- Customer Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis:Tracking sales performance, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Staying Informed:Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Collaboration:Working with internal teams like marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
