Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Retail & SME
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a proactive and target-driven Field Sales Officer to generate new business in the Retail and SME sector. This role involves daily fieldwork, direct client engagement, and a strong focus on meeting individual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and emails
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Promote and sell solutions for endpoint protection and network services
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Ensure excellent customer support throughout the sales cycle
Key Skills:
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proven achiever in previous sales roles
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
