- We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team at Visko Group. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be the face of Paytm in your assigned territory, responsible for acquiring new merchants and driving Paytm's growth within the region. You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and explain the benefits of adopting Paytm's payment solutions. This is a field-based role requiring you to spend significant time visiting businesses, conducting presentations, and closing deals. You'll be provided with comprehensive training on Paytm's products and sales techniques, but a proactive and results-oriented approach is essential. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in sales, ideally within the Fintech or financial services industry. A strong understanding of the local market and its businesses is advantageous. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-managing, and comfortable working independently to achieve ambitious sales targets.
