We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our Raipur location. The role involves on-ground client acquisition, lead generation, and closing sales. Ideal for individuals who enjoy direct customer interaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers
- Promote and sell financial products/services
- Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field activity
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the manager
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ year of experience in field sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Goal-oriented and self-driven
