Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales of inverters, batteries, and related power backup solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in the energy/power products industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers (dealers, distributors, retailers, and end-users).
- Generate sales leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features/benefits of inverters and batteries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Requirements:
- Graduate (preferred: Electrical/Electronics/Business background).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in inverter, battery, or electrical products).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
