We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct client interactions. This role requires strong networking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients within the assigned territory (Vadodara and nearby regions).
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their business needs and propose suitable products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, including pricing negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and exhibitions as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in B2B field sales; experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong business networking and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with extensive travel within Vadodara and surrounding areas.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
