Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, account management, and B2B sales, with a keen ability to generate leads and nurture client relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in assigned territories.
- Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, product demos, and direct sales presentations to potential clients.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and product knowledge.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on B2B environments.
- Strong background in account management, territory management, and direct sales methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related products is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
