We are looking to hire 4 dynamic and enthusiastic Field Marketing Executives to join our growing team at our Attapur office in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services directly to potential customers and building strong relationships in the field. Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to reach out to new and existing customers.
- Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities in assigned areas.
- Distribute marketing materials and explain product/service benefits to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain daily visit records and submit activity reports.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for on-ground campaigns.
Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in field marketing, direct sales, or outdoor promotions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be comfortable with local travel within Hyderabad.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Basic knowledge of marketing strategies and customer engagement.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
