Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Laptop Repair Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing laptops and desktops at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites to perform laptop and desktop repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including components such as motherboards, RAM, hard drives, keyboards, and displays
- Replace or repair faulty hardware components
- Install and configure operating systems and drivers
- Deliver excellent customer support and provide timely service updates
- Maintain accurate service logs and reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in laptop or computer repair (Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)
- Solid understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system installation and formatting
- Ability to handle tools and perform chip-level repairs (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field visits
Education
- ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in Hardware & Networking or a relevant field
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 (based on experience and skill level)
