Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Territory Sales Executive to join our E-Pharmacy team. The role involves promoting our digital healthcare & pharmacy services, acquiring new customers, building relationships with doctors, clinics, and retailers, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets in the assigned territory.
- Visit doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies to generate prescriptions and promote e-pharmacy services.
- Onboard customers to the company’s mobile app / digital platform.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Educate customers about ordering medicines online, discounts, offers, and home delivery benefits.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Ensure timely order follow-ups, delivery coordination, and payment collection (if applicable).
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share with management.
- Work closely with operations and customer support teams for smooth execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharma/Commerce preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in pharma sales / tele-sales / healthcare sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain digital platforms (apps/websites) to customers.
- Confident in field sales, client visits, and handling customer queries.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with daily fieldwork.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in E-Pharmacy / Pharma sales / Healthcare marketing.
- Knowledge of local geography and medical fraternity.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & mobile apps.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
