Female Sales Coordinator

Hi,

We are looking for a sales coordinator for a reputed company located in Motoda Patia, Sarkhej-Bavala Road Ahmedabad.

Only female candidates can apply for this role.

We have a bus facility starting from Naroda, CTM coming towards Sanathal through the ring road if anyone requires a bus service.

We also have canteen facility for the employees where we provide free meals.

Responsibilities will include :-

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:Provides administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing sales reports, and handling customer inquiries.
• Order Processing & Management:Ensures accurate and timely order processing, manages inventory, and coordinates with other departments for order fulfillment.
• Customer Relationship Management:Responds to customer inquiries, provides product information, and maintains positive customer relationships.
• Communication & Coordination:Facilitates communication between the sales team, other departments, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Sales Data Management:Maintains accurate sales records, tracks sales performance, and generates reports.
• Training & Development:May assist with training new sales staff and ensuring they have the necessary resources to perform their duties.
