Job Description:
We are hiring a confident and result-driven Female Recovery Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The role involves managing fee recovery, follow-ups with students/parents, and maintaining proper communication to ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make follow-up calls for fee recovery
- Maintain payment and recovery records
- Send reminders via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Coordinate with the accounts/admissions team
- Handle fee-related queries professionally
- Achieve monthly recovery targets
Skills Required:
- Good communication in Punjabi, Hindi & basic English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Confident, polite, and persuasive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Punctual and disciplined
